Is there a free plan?

Yes. Starter is free and includes up to 3 properties, tenant portal access, maintenance tracking, and renter-paid tenant screening.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes. Pro and Business come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to explore the paid features.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and for India users, UPI and Net Banking via Razorpay.

How does tenant screening work?

Tenant screening is available across plans and is charged to the renter. This keeps landlord costs low while still giving you access to screening workflows.

Is e-sign included in the plans?

E-signatures are available as a Dropbox Sign add-on across Starter, Pro, and Business. Business customers can get discounted add-on pricing.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use 256-bit encryption, regular backups, and are fully GDPR compliant. Your data belongs to you.

What happens if I cancel?

You can export all your data anytime. Your account remains active until the end of your billing period.

Do you support multiple currencies?

Yes! USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, INR, CAD and 30+ currencies for international landlords.
