Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TenetPay. These terms govern your access to and use of our property management platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TenetPay ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
TenetPay is a cloud-based property management platform that provides tools for landlords and property managers to manage properties, collect rent, communicate with tenants, and generate financial reports. The Service is available on a subscription basis.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use TenetPay. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into TenetPay. We will not sell your data to third parties. We process payment information through Stripe, which is subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms of service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to upload malicious software, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or to violate any applicable laws including fair housing and anti-discrimination laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
TenetPay is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the account settings. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
